• purchase a photocopy (copyright permiting) or purchase a copy of the back issue in question (subject to availability), please e-mail the Library as to your requirements
• borrow (in person or by post) a bound volume of containing the issue in question (subject to availability) if you are a member of the National Philatelic Society
